Job Description

Our Clients are a family run business providing quality facility services to variousclients all over the UK.Reporting to the office each day, you will report to the Reactive Engineer TeamLeader each day, you will need to be a confident and enthusiastic multi-skilledtradesperson with preferably knowledge of working in communal areas ofapartment blocks and grounds.We're looking for a Multi-skilled Operative who has the ability to deliver anexcellent repairs service with the successful candidate possessing relevantqualifications and/or experience in a primary trade. You will possess excellentcustomer care and technical skills and enjoy working as part of an inclusive anddiverse team with the capability and confidence in finding solutions to problemsas an individual.You will be required to carry out the full range of general repair & maintenanceand new installation work to communal areas of properties but may includeinternal works in apartments or commercial areas.You'll be provided with Airwaves FM uniform including footwear and personalprotective equipment (PPE), addition to a specialist power tool kit you'll need tofulfil the role.Benefits: Company events On-site parkingSchedule: 10 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday OvertimeSupplemental pay types: Bonus schemeExperience: Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required)
