Job Description

Data AdministratorLocation: BerkswellSalary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience A highly successful wealth management firm is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their dynamic team. This is a superb opportunity to join an ambitious company during an extremely exciting period of rapid growth.The Role: Data Administrator You will play a key role within the business by:

  • Collating and analysing key data from a range of sources.
  • Providing insightful regular and ad-hoc management information and reports to help the Practice reach their operational targets and facilitate change where appropriate.
  • Identifying ways to improve the use of data to increase efficiencies and automation of processes.
  • Building relationships with external IT suppliers and contacts in Head Office.
  • Investigating new ways to incorporate technology in the Practice to help deliver a positive client outcome.
  • Assisting with general day to day system queries which arise.
About you:You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have previous experience in a similar role.You will ideally have knowledge of Salesforce solutions or other CRM / workflow solutions and advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
  • You will have a high level of mathematical ability and enjoy analysing, modelling and interpreting data.
  • You will by nature be curios and have a creative approach to problem solving and inquisitiveness.
  • You will be professional and confident in dealing with people, working with total discretion at all times.
  • Youll be an excellent communicator with great organisational skills.
