Job Description

GXO Logistics Supply Chain Inc.Are you considering a career change Or maybe youve got experience in logistics but need a new challenge Whatever you are thinking, we have a role for you!We are currently looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Bedworth on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be working on any 5 from 7 shift pattern covering the hours of 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00 or 23:00-07:00. If you prefer to work on 3 on3 off nights, we also have a 18:00-06:00 shift available. So, you can choose what suits you best!Pay, benefits and more:

  • An hourly rate of £11.50 for 07:00-19:00, £13.62 for 19:00-07:00 and a freezer bonus of £1 per hour
  • Overtime paid at time and a half rate (regular overtime shifts available)

  • Work in a freezer environment of minus 25 degrees (well give you everything you need to wrap up warm)
  • Fast-paced environment and will involve heavy lifting up to 25kg
  • Picking goods using a voice recognition system (full training will be provided)
  • Work to health & safety standards
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations would be beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to learn
