Administrator / Plant Hire Administration Assistant who has experience working within a similar admin role, as well as having excellent Microsoft Office, organisational, time-management and communication skills are required for well-establishedcompany based in Bedworth, Coventry, West Midlands.SALARY: NegotiableLOCATION: Bedworth, Coventry, West MidlandsJOB TYPE: Full-Time, PermanentJOB OVERVIEWWe have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Plant Hire Administration Assistant who has experience working within a similar admin role, as well as having excellent Microsoft Office, organisational, time-management and communication skills.Working as the Administrator / Plant Hire Administration Assistant you act as first point of contact for all internal and external hire requests from planning, lead miners and contracts managers.As the Administrator / Plant Hire Administration Assistant you will be responsible for dealing with hire queries and placing orders and keeping internal hire records up to date.APPLY TODAYIf this job looks like your ideal position, then please send in your CV as soon as possible for our Recruitment Team to review.DUTIESYour duties as the Administrator / Plant Hire Administration Assistant include:

  • Act as first point of contact for all internal and external hire requests from planning, lead miners and contracts managers
  • Dealing with hire queries
  • Add new Plant and Vehicles to the system
  • Placing orders and keeping internal hire records up to date
  • Producing weekly on-hire reports for internal and external hires
  • Working to meet deadlines in accordance with month-end closure
  • Administration for calibration records including booking calibration and plant examinations
  • Provide administration assistance for production planning
  • Administration for goods in, delivery notes and C of C’s
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in a similar administration role
  • Experience within a Plant/equipment hire environment desirable
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Exceptional communication skills along with being accurate and precise in your work
