Due to continued expansion, they are now recruiting for a Production Shift Manager to join their team in Bedworth, Warwickshire. The successful Production Shift Manager will be responsible for leading teams of Shift Maintenance Engineers and Technical Operators, ensuring that they work in a safe and efficient manner whilst maintaining the production lines. As a Production Shift Manager, you will be required to take the lead on the development of procedures and working standards to improve production and reduce downtime.
