Job Description

We are currently recruiting for experienced production operatives to work permanent night shift for a globally renowned automotive manufacturing company in Coventry!To attract new employees to their business we are offering a £1000 bonus for every worker that completes their initial 3-month probation period and is offered a full time contract with the company!Full training is provided for the following tasks:Production Operatives

  • Operating various production machines
  • Ensure machines run smoothly and products meet quality standards
  • Troubleshoot any problems and ensuring downtime is kept to a minimum
  • Flag any issues you cant fix to the maintenance team
Fixed nights
  • 22:00 until 06:00 - £12.91ph PLUS OT
OT Hours worked over 40hrs paid x1.2 / SAT x1.2 / SUN x2.0A week working 7am - 5pm is needed for training for night shift.Please be aware if offered a contract, you may be required to work 3 shifts (AM, PM & NIGHTS)Candidates must have experience in a manufacturing/automotive sector. You should have at least 1 year experience in production or manufacturing as a minimum.Plenty of overtime available!
