Job Description

Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk / Bedworth, Warwickshire / up to £25,000 / Permanent / min. 20 hours per week /Macildowie are pleased to be partnered with a flexible, innovative company based near the Bedworth area, in Warwickshire. We are looking for a consistent and reliable Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk who possesses recent experience in the accounts payablefunction.This is a perfect position for you if you are looking for a company that invests in your own personal well-being and development. You will be trusted to manage your own workload, and to provide a quick and accurate response to supplier queries. This role can accommodate candidates with young families (e.g. if you do the daily the school run), as well as candidates who are looking for study support.Key Responsibilities:

  • Central inbox management of the Accounts Payable function
  • Dealing with Purchase Orders, processing invoices to the system
  • Providing quick solutions to supplier queries (over the phone, email, or in person)
What you will need:
  • Existing Purchase Ledger experience
  • Xero or Sage experience advantageous
  • Basic-Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Consistency
