Job Description

Part of a global organisation, a manufacturer of bespoke products for the automotive and off-highway industries is experiencing huge growth. As a result, they are looking to maximise this buoyant market by employing a Business Development Manager to jointheir team in Coventry.

  • Basic Salary - Up to £45K (dep on exp)
  • Car Allowance - £6K
  • Bonus
  • Pension
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for the following:
  • Deal with external stakeholders paying particular attention to SMEs
  • Understanding and deciphering customer requirements to offer bespoke solutions
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to respond to RFQs
  • Gain an understanding of the companys abilities to quote projects accurately
  • Build long-term business relationships, creating opportunities in other areas of customer businesses and their supply chains
  • Cradle to grave oversight on all projects
  • Re-cost scope changes to ensure profitability is maintained
The ideal candidate will be experienced within the automotive industry with excellent communication skills in order to converse with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
