Job Description

Duration: 01-Jul-2020 - 31-Dec-2020

  • Requirements:
    • Desired knowledge, experience, competence skills etc.You are a back-end developer with experience from C++ and Pascal on the OpenVMS platform. Experience from OracleRDB and PostgreSQL databases is important.You have experience from cross functional development teams which are working with scrum. You are experienced in and motivated by working with all aspects from development to operations and support during go-live.As a person you are eager to learn, happy to share your knowledge and able to efficiently communicate with other development related roles in a cross functional team.You have experience from and enjoy working according to agile principles.Development environment:• C/C++ and Pascal• Web services• Oracle RDB database• PostgreSQL database• OpenVMS or Unix operating system• Jira and Confluence as change management tools, Git as source code management tool• JSON RPC 2.0 and SOAPThree most important things1. System development back-end with experience from C++ and Pascal2. Experience from database migration, in our case from OpenVMS to PostgreSQL.3. Experience from working in an agile team according to Scrum methodologyStart date: 7/1/2020End date: 12/31/2020 with extension option
