HW People have partnered with a growing Financial Services client who are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager. This is genuinely exciting opportunity for a HR professional who has as passion for and experience of delivering effective and efficientoperational, administration, systems, reporting, and continuous improvement of key people services.In this critical role, you’ll work as part of the HR leadership team and have responsibility for a small team that are accountable for (not limited to) HR systems, administrative delivery, compliance, fleet management and HR processes as well as involvementin specific HR projects.The ideal individual should have a demonstrable track record, skills and experience in the following;-
