Trainee Recruitment ConsultantIRS Recruitment are an established recruitment business and we are looking for new talent to join our Head Office in Beccles, Suffolk with the potential of possible hybrid working, where we offer a wide range of training to give you all the tools you need tosucceed in achieving your full potential and to reach your specific targets and goals as a recruitment consultant.The roleYou will use your sales and business development skills to grow a client base and manage the provision of recruitment and other services provided to those clients, proactively seeking new business opportunities as well as continual promotion of Industry ResourceServices. This is a 360 role that, alongside winning new sales with both existing, new and potential clients, includes negotiation of contracts and managing your accounts, resourcing and recruiting candidates, networking and building relationships, writingand advertising job adverts, and regular contact with clients and candidates, by telephone, email and in person.About You:We want to hear from you if you: have experience in sales and business development are engaging and persuasive are target driven and resilient are pro-active and self-motivated with an inherent ability to think on your feet have confidence with energy and enthusiasm are organised and able to manage your own workload are a good communicator with excellent presentation and relationship building skills have commercial awareness have a good team ethic and suited to working in a fast-paced environment have a full driving licenceWhats on offer: Salary circa £23,000 per annum plus incentive bonus scheme Full time permanent position On-site training and induction programme Modern, positive working environment located in Beccles, Suffolk and possible hybrid working.
