Job Description

Our client is a respected, successful, and rapidly growing independent estate agency, and due to constant business growth, they are seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team based near Beccles.For this position, they would also consider a trainee wanting to get into the industry.Working Days:As a Sales Negotiator, you will be required to work Monday-Friday and alternate Saturdays. Each Saturday you work, you will receive a day off in lieu.The successful Sales Negotiator will receive:

Basic salary of up to £21,000
OTE £28,000

The successfulSales Negotiator will need:

Experience within a sales / KPI driven environment - ideally an estate agency but not essential
Team player
Willing to go the extra mile
Ambitious and highly driven
UK clean driving licence and access toown vehicle

Key duties for the role of Sales Negotiator will involve the following:

Successfully negotiate offers
Drive the business forward by offering excellent customer service
Arrange and attend viewings
Greeting buyers & vendors
Registering customers
Matching requirements & arranging viewings
Calling out new properties
