We are seeking a motivated, results-driven, professional Recruitment Consultant to strengthen our team.The RoleUsing your recruitment experience and sales and business development skills, you will run your desk in this 360 role. DutiesAlongside the typical duties of a Recruitment Consultant of managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, you will be responsible for* building relationships with new and existing clients and winning new sales, * networking and building relationships, * negotiation of contracts, * managing your accounts, * resourcing and recruiting candidates, * you will proactively seek new business opportunities and continually promote Industry Resource Services. About You:We want to hear from you if you: have a solid background as a Recruitment Consultant or similar people-related experience (preferably five years) Enthusiastic and determined have good marketing skills with a sound, proven sales and business development track record are resilient and can work to targets have commercial awareness have strong customer service skills are a good communicator with excellent presentation and relationship building skills have an engaging and persuasive personality good problem solving abilities are pro-active and self-motivated with an inherent ability to think on your feet have confidence together with energy and enthusiasm are organised and able to manage your workload whilst meeting deadlines and targets have a good team ethic and suited to working in a fast-paced environment have a full clean driving licenceWhats on offer: Basic salary of £23,000 - £26,000 per annum plus an uncapped incentive scheme Private Medical Insurance; Life Insurance Full-time permanent position, but part-time may be possible. Development opportunities Promotion opportunities Modern, positive working environment located in Beccles, Suffolk, with remote working potential.; or Hybrid working Working with an experienced, professional, friendly and collaborative team with a passion for excellenceMore about Us:IRS Recruitment is accredited by the REC and is an established division of Industry Resource Services who provide specialist services including project management, HR and Payroll support to international, national and local organisations operating in a rangeof industry sectors.
