The Group Head Chef of an established company is seeking a talented Head Chef / Kitchen Manager to join the group and be responsible for two of their flagship pubs. They require a Head Chef that can implement the company core menus which are seasonally changing and consists of pub classics using the finest of local ingredients.There are also special boards in both pubs which you and your team will have an input on these dishes. The Head Chef will need to work closely with the motivated team of chefs to ensure service times run smoothly and the kitchen paperwork is all up to date.The pub kitchens are well supported and fully equipped, as Head Chef you will be leading the team of chefs from the front ensuring the standards are maintained on both sites during extremely busy peaks.It is essential that all chefs applying are able to drive as the pubs are 5 miles apart.Requirements:The ideal candidate for this role will have recently been working at Sous Chef level and looking to take on their first Head Chef role, or a Head Chef that have worked at fresh food branded pubs or restaurants. A Chef that is a good leader, a forward thinker,able to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure is essential for this role.Benefits Include:
