Job Description

Our client is an award winning residential builder / developer who specialise in delivering well thought out, modern homes in key areas of the country creating attractive communities that are ideal for professionals and families. an excellent opportunity exists for an Assistant Site Manager to join the business working within a team delivering a flagship development in West Lothian. The assistant site manager will generally be responsible for assisting the successful delivery of the development comprising 3 & 4 bed family homes and apartments ensuring H&S, maintaining quality and exceptional customer experience. For this role you will need to demonstrate:

Communication Skills
Health and Safety Awareness.
Organisational Skills.
Previous supervisory experience in the construction industry.
Good IT knowledge and paperwork management

CSCS Card
SMSTS training
Scaffold awareness (Desired)
Temporary works training (Desired)
First Aid
UK Driving License
