The Commercial division at the SF Group are now recruiting for an Shipping Administrator within an established company in Barwell. Our clients is expanding and are looking for hard working Individuals to join their ever growing team. You will assist the Inventory department to ensure accurate stock records are kept. Preparing and shipping customer orders along with the relevant paperwork. You will also be regularly communicating with the various internal and external departments with any changes as they happen. You will need to possess an excellent attention to detail, along with a confident manner for taking and making telephone calls on a regular basis. This is a friendly and organised environment which relies upon the ability to work under pressure whilst following set standards and processes. As the Shipping Administrator your duties will include the following tasks: . - Answer and direct phone calls - Write and distribute email and forms - Producing scheduled reports for the Sales Teams. - Develop and maintain a filing system - Maintain and update stock management system - Produce packing lists and commercial invoices for worldwide - freight. - Meet shipping timescales - Track Shipments - Supporting Warehouse personnel - Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients as and - when required - Liaise with manager to handle requests and queries from senior - managers . . What you need to be successful . - Proven experience as an administrator. - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Computer literate - Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel skills required intermediate to - advanced level) - Experience with working with v lookups and pivot tables and basic - accountancy. - Excellent time management skills and the ability to priorities work - Attention to detail and problem solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task - Being confident enough to work on own initiative. This a temporary to permanent contract and the hours of work would be 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
