Job Description

Warehouse Operativesrequired for a position with our well-established client in Barton-Under-Needwood.This particular company are well known locally and have operated in the area for many years.They are a multi-national company and having started in Australia, they are now the primary provider of lightings and electrical systems in a number of countriesaround the world.The RoleTherole will entail dealing with electrical equipment and wiring. You will be in charge of measuring and cutting the wires to the right length for the products and assembling the products as a whole, making sure that they are fully compliant withthe electrical standards for the UK i.e. NIC approved. There will also be general warehouse duties in this role.The ideal candidate will be happy to mix in with the team and get any work completed effeciently and correctly. This could include pallet handling, helping with goods in or just general warehouse upkeep.Any tools required for the role will be provided by the company.Requirements for this roleBasic knowledge of plug wiringGeneral electrical experienceWarehouse experienceSafety Boots & Hi Viz VestManual Handling certificate or relevant experience similarHoursThe start time willbe08:00 - 15:30 andyou will be paid 35 hours minimum weekly.
