JOB TITLE: Mechanical Service AssistantJOB LOCATION: DerbyHOURLY RATE: £14.88 Paye £18.75 UmbrellaHOURS PER WEEK: Average 40 hours per weekSHIFTS: Days Various (days, nights and weekends)SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Sunday (flexibility to work weekends)HOLIDAY ENTITLEMENT: 33 Days per yearsDURATION: Long termSTART DATE: ASAPCandidates from the following backgrounds will be considered:Mechanical, Mechanical Assembly, Assemblers, Plant, HGV, Heavy Maintenance, Automotive, RAF, Armed ForcesPosition Summary:The role is carrying out Routine Mechanical Maintenance of Rolling Stock. You will specifically with a focus on mechanical maintenance and component changes.This position is the key focal point for the safe and reliable running of the fleet.This position is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their skills within the Rail industry.
