The successful candidates will ensure that all shipments are executed effectively and efficiently to meet and exceed customer and CEVA’s expectations. This area is critical to the success of our business, we are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast paced environment with a focus on accuracy.Key responsibilities:

  • Create job files on internal system and add documents.
  • Ensure all pre alerts received on the day are created into jobs by end of day
  • Building and maintaining day to day relationships with origin contacts and vast network of colleagues and peers
  • Updating MS Excel KPI reports
  • Ensure that all shipments are monitored and processed and recorded in accordance with compliance procedures, and Customer SOP/IOP requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency and share opportunities with the team
  • Efficient and effective problem solving
  • Raise customer queries with relevant departments and action accordingly
    • Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • Familiar with Customs Clearances / Incoterms / Documentation
  • SAP knowledge advantageous but not essential
  • System based Data Entry
  • Customer Service
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Target driven and clear prioritisation ability
  • Good PC Skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident to work alone and as part of a team
  • Strong communicator, electronically and verbally
  • Educated at GCSE Level/A Level or equivalent
  • Good level of numeracy
