AdministratorGroomfield Recruitment are looking for an Administrator to join their client based in Barton-Under-Needwood.The candidate would need previous administrative experience, preferably in the manufacturing background.The duties would include: Inputting orders onto the system Creating purchase orders on the system and sending to the relevant companies Answering the phones and greeting clients/customers at reception Filing Learning the manufacturing system and creating job cards Arranging collections/deliveriesThe ideal candidate would be able to: Work on their own but also support the admin team when needed Be able to work at a fast pace Be able to prioritise their workHours of work are: Monday to Thursday 08:30am - 17:00pm and Fridays 15:30pm finish Temporary to permanent after 12 weeks worked Immediate starts available
