Job Description

SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Brand Manager to join a fantastic client of theirs based in South Derbyshire. This is a full-time, permanent role and being flexible to work in the office initially is important for the client however otherwisethis is a home-based role and can be doing remotely with some flexibility to attend the Head Office as and when required (accommodation will be provided if necessary). Typical working hours for the role are Monday to Friday, 9-5pm. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who is a natural strategic thinker with lots of creativity to offer! The role itself will look after a specific portfolio which will sit within the medical/healthcare industry - someone with experience in this field, or similar, will be hugely advantageous andthis is a key focus for the business. The role will be responsible for managing the co-development of marketing strategies and managing brands, services, and channels across all phases of their lifecycle from initial pre-launch. Day to day duties will include: - Developing strategies for the brands and channels with the UK Marketing Manager to achieve business objectives - Developing and implementing marketing plans and tactics - Collaborating with colleagues across all departments in the UK and product and clinical teams in Marketing International on new product development projects, including the development of life cycle strategies for the portfolio - Project Managing the launch of new products into the UK Market - Contributing to decisions on price points for the UK Market - Developing and implementing brand Media plans, with budget control - Developing, measuring and reporting the impact of marketing campaigns and promotion materials related to the portfolio - Monitoring market trends to inform forecasting decisions and to identify new opportunities where appropriate - Conducting/co-ordinating Brand related market research, including obtaining customer feedback - Working closely with the services manager and commercial teams to influence health economic and clinical evidence generation based upon brand and market needs - Analysing competitor activity and developing tactical argumentation for use by sales teams - Working closely with Communications and Events Manager to identify Brand related PR needs, including social media and contributing to the events and exhibition plan - Working closely with Clinical Support Manager to identify clinical evidence needs and the clinical evidence promotion plan, related to the wound care portfolio including the development of promotional materials and campaigns - Collaborating with Quality and Regulatory to ensure the correct product technical information is held and appropriate handling of enquiries related to the portfolio - Controlling budget expenditure and, within constraints, authorise invoices for payment. The successful candidate for this role should have in-depth marketing knowledge alongside a degree in business/marketing or CIM Diploma or equivalent, you should also have knowledge of omni-channel campaign development, communication, and product management.You should most definitely have current or previous experience working across the medical or healthcare sectors/industries or similar organisations.
