With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we pride ourselves on delivering tailoredsolutions to meet the unique needs of our diverse clientele.Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chartered Building Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch surveying services to our clients,contributing to the continued growth and success of our firm.Responsibilities:

Conducting detailed building surveys and inspections for a variety of properties, including residential, commercial, and public buildings.
Providing expert advice on property acquisition, development, maintenance, and refurbishment projects.
Preparing comprehensive reports outlining findings, recommendations, and cost estimates.
Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met effectively and efficiently.
Undertaking dilapidation assessments, party wall matters, and other related services as required.
Keeping abreast of industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and deliver high-quality service.

Requirements:

Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Proven experience in building surveying, preferably within a similar role or environment.
Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in conducting building surveys and inspections.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
A valid drivers license and willingness to travel to various locations as required.
