Job Description

Do you have quality engineering experience, and are you seeking a new job in Banbury Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a leading automotive manufacturing company recruit a full-time Quality Engineer, and the role comes with a competitive salary and anexcellent benefits package.As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring quality improvements are driven, tracked and communicated within the company. You will also liaise with the customer for all quality concerns, warranty claims and PPAP submissions for product/processchanges.Some of the primary duties you can expect to take on as a Quality Engineer include:

Guiding problem-solving investigations and 8D submission to customers
Identifying opportunities for improving product /process Quality
Preparing PPAP documentation for product/process changes
Ensuring compliance with Environmental & Health & Safety standards in line with current certification
Participating in quality checks and controls
Ensuring good team working principals are being adhered to by all team members

To apply for this Quality Engineer role, you will need good analytical skills and quality engineering experience. You will also require:

Good knowledge of quality improvement tools
Manual dexterity
Literacy and numeracy skills
The ability to identify different colours of products (such as Ishihara)
