Do you enjoy helping people and providing a great serviceWe are looking for someone who can work beside a range of teams across the property, create a buzz around the exciting projects we are working on and bring nature, beauty and history to life to engage new and existing audiences.Do you have a keen eye for detail and sharing stories This role will suit a confident and ambitious individual who is willing to champion our cause to grow support for our special places.Your contribution to our Visitor Experience Team will help us achieve our vision for Rowallane Garden by helping our audiences connect with this special place and nature. You will help drive visits and contribute to the success of the wider Belfast portfolio.This role is an hourly paid, fixed term role. Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but were looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business. Wedgive you as much notice of this as possible.This post is required for busy periods including bank holidays and weekends. Occasional evening work may be required.The role holder will need to spend some time lone working without direct contact with their colleagues and direct supervision. What its like to work here Rowallane is a captivating naturalistic paradise garden laid out from the 1860s and further developed in the first half of the 20th century. It sits conveniently on the edge of Saintfield with easy transport links to Belfast. Carved from the County Down landscape, the garden has grown from the 19th century beginnings of the Reverend John Moore and his nephew Hugh Armytage Moore. Their vision helped create a place where you can leave the outside world behind and immerse yourselfin natures beauty. What youll be doing What you will be doing:

• Deliver an exceptional service to all our visitors.
• Facilitate engaging activity for a wide range of audiences.
• Collect feedback from our visitors to help us develop and improve our visitor offer.
• Ensure presentation standards are kept to an agreeable standard. Undertake general cleaning duties, make sure displays and activities are up to date and take great pride in ensuring the property is looking at its very best for everyone.
• Comply with National Trust processes and procedures.
• Support across the property/portfolio when required
• Be an ambassador for our work and practice our values in everything you do.
