4c is delighted to be working with Hinch Distillery to appoint a Managing Director. Hinch is one of the most exciting emerging local brands in NI with their sights firmly on the international spirits market.The Hinch Distillery was founded by Dr Terry Cross OBE, who has made a significant investment at the Killaney Estate in Ballynahinch Co Down where a purpose-built, state of the art distillery has been established and is at the heart of a thriving businessthat creates its products of Hinch Irish Whisky and Ninth Wave Gin along with conferencing, events and wedding spaces and an on-site brasserie.The team at Hinch is committed to continuing to develop a new kind of forward-looking distillery that brings people together and makes the most of the regions diverse talents and influences and builds a positive legacy.Our client wants to appoint a Managing Director who will be responsible for driving commercial growth and operational performance of its distillery and visitor centre. The Managing Director will play a key role in delivering Hinch Distillerys growth ambitionsand will work collaboratively with both the stakeholders and the Board in establishing and accomplishing ambitious objectives for the business, products and brands to deliver sustainable growth.The successful candidate will need to have both a strategic and commercial focus as well as being an engaging leader and will need to have the following experience:

Extensive senior management experience within the international spirits drinks industry
Proven track record of creating strategic sales and marketing plans in the spirits drinks industry both locally and internationally
Successfully launching products and establishing brands in the market
Managing multi-disciplinary teams
