We want to build on our existing work to bring benefit to more people in ways that are meaningful and relevant through working in partnership for shared outcomes.The role will be part of the wider National Trust consultancy team and will be based from the NI Consultancy Hub at Rowallane Stable yard, Rowallane Garden, Saintfield. However, due to Covid-19 this role is currently home based. As restrictions ease therewill be an expectation that you will visit and work from the regional consultancy hub and properties across Northern Ireland as needed. What youll be doing Youll be accountable for providing consultancy support for Community Engagement and Participation across a wide range of properties in Northern Ireland. You will advise, coach and train colleagues to develop their knowledge, skills,confidence and capabilityin partnership working, inclusion, community engagement and participation. As a regional consultant, you will support teams to develop mutually beneficial relationships with local communities and partnership organisations. You will play a key role in supportingpriority projects and core programmes of work. You will advise and support others to create innovative approaches to community engagement and innovation.
