Reception AdministratorHPcareers are now seeking a Reception Administrator professional to work for an International Design and Manufacturing company.Duties:- To meet and greet customers, suppliers, visitors and couriers in a profesional and welcoming manner- To record all reception activity including security checks and folloowing H&S processes- To book meeting rooms and facilities/refreshments for management meetings- To cordinately all managers diaries, and share with the rest of the business- To support Human Resources with administration, booking interviews, meeting rooms, entering holidays, sickness and other absences- To work on MS software including, word, excel, outlook and powerpoint- To liaise both on the telephone and face to face with the entire workforce, as well as their guests/visitors- To handle all incoming calls, screen them and transfer to the correct personnel- To take messages and pass on to the relevant contact or department- To book accommodation and travel for visitors and management- To manage all deliveries of company cars and notify the correct contacts- To plan couriers, post collections and coordinate parcelsEssential Experience- Must have Front of House Reception experience- Be professionally attired, with a confident telephone manner- Possess excellent Admin and IT skills: word, excel, email, powerpoint etc.Please note this is a 6 months contract that may be extended, or even become permanent.
