Job Description

Hales Group Norwich are pleased to be working with a local industry-leading facilities, maintenance and repairs specialist.You will be working in social housing from reactive repairs.The successful Roofer Labourer, will be working around East Anglia, mainly inNorwich, Dereham, Aylsham & Kings Lynn.Your day to day duties will be assisting roofers on domestic dwellings as well as general labouring duties.Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsbile for the effective repairs of all Roofing Labouring duties.
  • Carry out acurate planned repairs effiently.
  • Ensure work is carried out in a timely manner and to a high standard.
  • To manage customer enquiries.
  • Provide out of hours support (occasionally) on a rota based system.
    • Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 1 years experience in roofing with checkable references
  • Undertanding of roofing components associated with roofing repairs and renewals.
  • Asbestos Awareness/ Removal.
  • PASMA/ TETRA/ EASI Deck.
  • Social Housing Maintenance
  • Full UK Driving License.
