Job Description

R13 are excited to be supporting an established organisation in the travel industry, in their search for a Payroll Advisor to add depth to their team. You will be responsible for the smooth of the payroll function, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance to relevant regulations.Based in Norfolk, this is a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.   • Ensuring accurate calculation and processing of employee pay, adhering to policy and legal requirements.
  • Implementing controls and performing checks to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Generating payroll reports to provide valuable insights and requested information.
  • Configuring system parameters for accurate pay and time-off calculations based on contractual work-patterns.
  • Maintaining checklists to track procedural completion and addressing any queries.
  • Monitoring the accuracy and confidentiality of data handling.
You will have/be
  • Comprehensive knowledge of payroll processes, regulations and systems.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • A proactive initiative in driving projects forward, while also being receptive to external input, advice, and guidance.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Qualification in, or working towards, ATAT is desired but not essential.
  • Confidence in a range of systems such as HiBob and Sage is advantageous.
