Support WorkersWe are Independence Matters, a provider of adult care services in Norfolk.Do you enjoy being proactive and love working with likeminded peopleWe are looking forFull-Time andPart-Time Support Workersto join ourPersonal Assistant Support – North Servicebased inNorwich, supporting services in Aylsham and surrounding areas.You don’t need experience, we provide full trainingWe hire people who are aligned with our values, proactive and have a can-do attitude.We want to work with you to give you the skills you need to become an excellent support worker.Our service is a community-based service supporting people within their own homes and to community-based activities. Duties may include supporting customers to learning opportunities, volunteering/work placements, leisure opportunities and supporting withtheir health and wellbeing.With a range of different shift patterns available, you will work on a rota that may include shifts throughout the week and weekends.Benefits and RecognitionIn return for your hard work and passion you will receive fair pay and have access to a wide range of rewards and benefits as one of our valued colleagues:
