Job Description

Atkinson Moss are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant within the manufacturing and retail industry based in Aylsham.The role:Working in a small finance team of 3 and reporting to the Head of FinanceResponsible for:

  • Accounts payable
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Banking
  • Supplier payments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Cash flow and FX management
  • VAT returns
  • Support Head of Finance
  • Weekly sales reporting
  • Month-end process
  • Annual audit
  • Ad hoc analysis
Key info:
  • 37-hour week
  • Flexibility around the core hours of 10am-4.30pm (10am-4pm on Fridays)
  • Currently hybrid working consists of up to 2 days per week working from home
  • 25 days holiday + 1 birthday day
