Job ProfileOur mission is to help customers Create Something Beautiful by providing the best possible customer experience.Role Title: Warehouse and Trade Counter AssistantReporting To: Depot ManagerReportees: NoneKey Purpose of Role:Quickly and accurately pick goods for customers and branches as well as offering great customer service through the depot’s trade counterLocation: Bush Industrial EstateMain Duties:Pick customer and branch ordersServe customers through the trade counterMaintain a safe working environmentEnsure outgoing pallets are stacked safely and correctly to minimise breakagesMaintain good housekeeping and ensure company property, including stock, is looked afterConduct weekly and daily cleanliness rotaIdentify and notify management of product that may need created or added to clearance stockPut away customer and store returnsQualifications and/or Experience:Have good communication skillsBe a fit and energetic personBe able to lift heavy objectsBehaviours / Competencies:Helpful:Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues and customersProvide industry leading customer serviceKnowledgeable:Demonstrate an extensive knowledge of company productsDemonstrate a knowledge of company policies and proceduresDemonstrate a good knowledge of the company’s ERP systemInterestedDemonstrate the company values of helpful, knowledgeable and interestedDemonstrate a desire to maintain a clean and safe working environment,
