We have an exciting NEW opportunity for experienced Class 1 drivers.We are recruiting for our sister Company, Ancora Logistics Limited, which has just launched.The NEW Company will be operating out of Avonmouth, Bristol. We are initially looking to recruit several experienced LGV Cat. C+E Day Drivers to help start and grow the new business.You will be working with their transport planners to complete dedicated outward loads, as well as pick up full and part loads as you return to the depot daily. This is a great opportunity for an experienced driver to join a new start up and be part of its growth. You will initially be paid via Ancora Recruitment, but this is a permanent opportunity for the right candidates.As one of their drivers, you will:- Be one of the first drivers in the south-west to drive the brand new IVECO S-WAY- Conduct daily vehicle checks- Deliver and collect palletised goods throughout the UK- Deal with customers face to face and over the phone- Be a ‘Brand Ambassador’ - Keep in regular contact with the transport team- Complete E-POD’s- Manage your working time and driver hours to comply with legislationApplicants must possess a Class One Licence, CPC and DIGI card, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience and have no more than 6 penalty points on their licence.Hours of work:Monday to Friday, day shifts, start times around 05:00-07:00am dailyHourly Pay Rates:£12.00 per hour (PAYE)Our Client offers:New fleet of well-maintained vehiclesOnsite ParkingOther benefits of working with ANCORA:28 days annual leave per annum (inclusive of statutory holidays PAYE only)Online payslipsExcellent pay ratesUniform providedOn-going assignments throughout 2021*Due to the coronavirus outbreak, we are only accepting new applications via email.
