Our client is passionate about making a difference; they place their customers at the heart of everything they do and pride themselves on theirsales through service approach.Sales Advisor role:

Talking to potential customers and existing over the telephone, generating new business sales and helping them renew their existing policies.
Share product knowledge and give interested customers real reasons to buy
Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services
You will need to be the kind of person who thrives on busy days, converting leads, selling and working to targets.
This a varied role where customers will require bespoke solutions that meets their individual circumstances

Sales Advisor skillset:

Strong communicator with the ability to adapt your style to each customer
Enjoy working to and exceeding performance targets and closing sales
Energetic with a positive approach to problem solving
Ability to take ownership, show empathy, and provide a resolution
Strong verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, driven, and resilient in order meet KPIs
Experience working to targets or in a sales-based environment would be desirable but isnt essential as training is provided

37.5 hours per week; 7.5-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, between 9am- 6pm and one in three Saturdays between 9am-1pm.
