As a Regional Specification Manager, you will be required to develop an extensive and productive contact base and grow key relationships with clients using your expert knowledge in this field. You will be generating specificationsales for SIG UK liaising with clients, main contractors, sub-contractors and manufactures to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget. Your responsibility is to monitor and track the planning and tender stages of the project cycle, ensuring specificationholds.Successful candidates must have: Specification sales experience within the building materials/construction sector Experience of providing technical sales support architects, local authorities, utility companies and facilities management customers A solution-led approach to sales with the proven capability to maintain margin Excellent communications skills A strong focus on customer service and building long term relationshipsAbout usSIG Plc. is a leading supplier of specialist building materials to trade customers across Europe with strong positions in its core markets as a specialist distributor of insulation and interiors products and as a merchant of roofing and exteriors products.
