Job Description

We are currently recruiting a finance assistant to join our client based in Aston, Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business who are experiencing growth within the team.Main duties will be:

  • To keep an official track of company spending.
  • Balancing accounts
  • Processing sales invoices, receipts and payment
  • Preparing invoices
  • Checking company bank statements
  • Preparing cash flow statements
  • Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
  • Assist in preparing the profit and loss sheets for the annual accounts.
  • Answering enquiries and processing requests.
Requirments:
  • AAT qualified or equivalent
  • 3 years minimum experience in finance
  • Experience of using Xero
