Job Description

Join us on the Journey... We have an exciting new opportunity at our AstonDepot for a Education Services Manager. You will be responsible all home to school education transport services provided by NEAT ensuring we remain compliant at all times in line with appropriate regulations, company policy and contractual commitments.Day to Day you will be responsible for

  • To manage the Call Centre team, monitoring performance including ability to resolve issues quickly, call answer rate, and quality of responses.
  • To hold daily meetings withschool liaison officers, ensuring that any issues are reported.
  • To effectively escalate all safety and safeguarding issues and/or concerns
  • To own the risk management process of all wheelchairs and buggy assessments, including pupil assessments for harness, booster seats and buckley guards. Ensuring that all equipment is fit for purpose, regularly checked and maintained and that a log is keptof all equipment and which pupil it is for.
  • To undertake school site visits, including holding termly meetings with school staff, monitoring transport arrival/departure to ensure it is safe and within the agreed parking arrangements.
  • Maintain effective relationships with key Local Authority staff, schools and other key stakeholders in order to ensure that our services are tailored to meet their business objectives and to identify and generate further business opportunities.
  • Work with the District Managers in ensuring the Education services, within their remit, are operated in accordance with contractual service levels.
To qualify for this role we ask that you have...

  • Strong technical ability - be able to effectively manage 365 and google.
