#GoWithYourFlow Come and join us as a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to help the in building and optimising our infrastructureThe Role: As our new DevOps Engineer you’ll be responsible for creating and looking after the tools and setup we need for our software development journey. This DevOps Engineer position involves making automatic tests and deployment steps, keeping an eye on our livesystems, and collaborating with development teams to smoothly blend software making and operations. The DevOps Engineer will play an important part in a wider tech & digital transformation plan across the business!Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage automated workflows and infrastructure provisioning. Streamline deployment and configuration processes using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.Enhance CI/CD pipelines, integrating automated testing, code quality checks, and deployment strategies to ensure frequent and reliable software releases.Use cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP to architect, deploy, and optimise scalable and resilient cloud environments, focusing on security, performance, and cost efficiency.Implement and manage containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes, enabling efficient application deployment, scaling, and management.Develop and maintain monitoring and logging solutions to provide real-time visibility into system health, ensuring rapid identification and resolution of operational issues.Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices, manage access controls, and ensure compliance with industry standards, safeguarding our systems and data.Provide technical support to development and operations teams, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system availability, while participating in an on-call rotation if required.Create clear and comprehensive documentation, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and promote knowledge sharing to maintain efficient and effective workflows.This is a hybrid-based opportunity with upto 2 days per week in the office.You should be based in the UK and our Offices are based in Aston (Birmingham), Salford (Manchester), Glasgow and Crick (Northamptonshire).You: You’ll live and breathe our digital-first ethos, with a proactive and “can-do” approach.
