Job Description

A multi-national blue chip company are looking to welcome a Service Team Leader to their growing team, in their Runcorn office. This is a permanent position with an excellent package deal, amongst a company who values diversity, autonomy, inclusive culture.Some of the benefits on offer include:

I am keen to speak to candidates that have any of the following experience:

Proficiency with DCS and Safety Systems (TUV certified preferred).
Possess Function Safety experience - Process & Control (preferred).
Has prior experience working within the Oil & Gas Industry or have worked in a similar sector.
Background in Industrial Automation and/or electrical engineering.
Has experience with being a Lead Engineer or has engaged with small project management.
Commercial awareness experience.
Previous commercial experience within a project team or service-based company.

Some of the duties of an Automation Service Engineer will be:

Providing support with fault finding and feed support, to contract customers.
Being a key point for Safety Systems, supporting faults, modifications, calibrations, etc..
Site management of assigned systems engineers & service engineers including: scheduling work, absence management, conducting appraisals, etc..
Communicating and liaising with customers regarding revenue, margin performance, etc..
Writing high level documentation and carrying out site surveys on customers systems and recommending courses of action / appropriate resolutions.
Ability to travel and full UK driving license is essential.
