Job Description

I am currently working with a market leading service provider based in Ashton-in-Makerfield who are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent, part-time basis!Benefits:

  • Salary - £20,300 (Full-time equivalent)
  • 31 Hour Working Week
  • Part-time Working Hours – Tuesday to Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm, Saturday 8:00am to 3:00pm
  • Holidays – 25 Days per Annum, excluding Bank Holidays
  • Free Parking

Role Purpose:The successful candidate will join the fast-paced Customer Service team within the business and will liaise directly with customers and engineers, logging various jobs and requests ranging from general maintenance to repair requests.Responsibilities:
  • Taking calls from clients and managing queries, ranging from general maintenance to repairs
  • Logging tasks on in-house systems and liaising with engineers to effectively manage client expectation and customer service needs
  • Accurately recording job information to relevant systems and updating spreadsheets
  • Managing company email inbox to answer client queries promptly
  • Liaising with multiple in-house departments, including engineering and sales departments to ensure client expectation
Specification:
  • Experience of call handling and inbox management
  • Exemplary telephone manner
  • Good communicator, both written and verbal
  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
