Job Description

Sitewatch Fire & Surveillance Limited are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator with a proven track record of working effectively in a very busy role with multiple administration tasks. Ability to meet deadlines with excellent attention to detail.This role would suit an individual that enjoys being busy with a challenging work load and able to work on their own initiative.Training and support will be given. Programmes used daily are Word, Excel, Outlook, Extreme Job Costing and Win Sims & Win Specs.Ideally you will be a car owner/driver due to its location.Duties will include:

Answering the phone
Credit Control

Cashing Cash

Raising Sales Invoices
Creating new jobs/folders for the sales dept
Managing various Excel sheets for information
Keeping our data base updated with client & supplier information & contact details
Sending out customer surveys & collecting data for analysing
Accepting deliveries and checking equipment delivered against our purchase order, label and enter into stock location for Engineers to collect
Various admin duties
Key holder, lock up and set alarm
General support to external Engineers, Sales Director and Regional Sales Team
