Are you an experienced customer service professional Do you have strong IT skills We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a global material solutions company based in Sandbach, Cheshire, on a 6 month contract.As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for receiving and processing orders, creating quotes on the ERP system, logging customer complaints and providing feedback, and providing commercial support including preparing, sending, and following up offers and samples to customers.To be successful in this role it is essential that you have previous customer service experience, with strong IT skills and knowledge of ERP systems. You should be a good team player, able to work off of your own initiative, and have a strong work ethic.
