It allows everyone in our team to pursue their own personal and professional goals to a world class level, through Uniparts ‘From Gate to Great’ training and development program.As our BI and Reporting Manager you will enhance data-driven decision-making processes, providing valuable insights to optimise operational efficiency, and ensuring business intelligence and reporting capabilities align with the company and contract strategicgoals.As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:

Analyse complex data sources covering all aspects of the operation campus wide
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to measure and monitor the efficiency of various business processes
Design and implement robust reporting systems that deliver actionable insights to various stakeholders both within the organisation and with the customer
Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using multiple business intelligence tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement the companys business intelligence and reporting strategy
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the companys analytical capabilities
Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data used for reporting purposes
Work closely with IT and other relevant departments to maintain data integrity and security
Lead and manage a team of BI analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development

About YouWe’d love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you’d be able to perform well in this role!Essential

Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting roles, preferably within the logistics or automotive industry
Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
Demonstrable experience of various analytical tools
Ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable business insights
Leadership experience in managing BI teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field Masters degree preferred
