Job Description

The ideal candidates shall have a building trade background with proven experience within the New Homes sector, however similar maintenance and repair experience will be considered.Qualified candidates, in any of the following trades, will be considered:-

  • Bricklaying
  • Carpentry and Joinery
  • Plastering
  • Ceramic Wall and Floor Tiling
  • Painting and Decorating
All applicants must have:-
  • Own tools and equipment, to complete work tasks.
  • Full driving license. (please disclose any points / driving convictions)
Swift Fix is an established building maintenance company, founded in 2007. The company has grown to be a preferred contractor with a number of leading house builders, completing customer care remedial works.Due to our continued expansion, we are seeking several experienced General Maintenance Operatives to join our team. Our depot is based in Appleby Magna, which covers England; however operatives will be based from their home address. The position itself caninvolve a lot of travelling to and from the varied places of work and appointments.A company vehicle, smartphone, Fuel Card and uniform / PPE will be provided, for business use only.Swift Fix reserves the right to carry out DBS checks on all successful candidates.
