Together were shaping/creating a cleaner, greener future for our 11 million customers who we put at the heart of everything we do.The OpportunityWorking as a Junior Systems & MI Analyst, you will support HR inputs to projects and system changes in line with the business needs. You will support with the administration, configuration and testing of SAP HCM, Taleo & Success Factor systems, acting asa single point of contact for all technical queries.Key Accountabilities of this role will include:Supporting Success Factors & Taleo releases and engaging with the relevant HR teams to discuss options for enhancements.Processing various HR changes and support with any queries which may require investigatory work to identify the root causeIdentify improvement opportunities through process changes and innovation and deliver into the businessAutomation of reporting across the wider team and business ensuring efficient, effective solutions are delivered in a timely mannerAnalyse & interpret MI data (SuccessFactors, Taleo, SAP) to produce meaningful reportsCovering absences within the team by having the necessary cross skills to do so.Working effectively with the related teams and key business stakeholders to ensure a seamless working of the HR ProcessesWhat Youll BringEssential Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel to a high level
  • Attention to detail, working on your own and as part of a team
  • Technical credibility, independent judgement and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively across process and technical teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate to all levels
  • Confident in ability to prioritise and manage high level workload, adaptable to change
  • Ability to investigate and identify the root cause of an issue and be able to see it through to resolution
  • Experience of data extraction, reconciliation and an understanding of hierarchy structures within a system
Desirable:
  • Power Platform experience particularly Power BI or Power Automate
