You will support with the administration, configuration and testing of SAP HCM, Taleo & Success Factor systems, acting asa single point of contact for all technical queries.Key Accountabilities of this role will include:Supporting Success Factors & Taleo releases and engaging with the relevant HR teams to discuss options for enhancements.Processing various HR changes and support with any queries which may require investigatory work to identify the root causeIdentify improvement opportunities through process changes and innovation and deliver into the businessAutomation of reporting across the wider team and business ensuring efficient, effective solutions are delivered in a timely mannerAnalyse & interpret MI data (SuccessFactors, Taleo, SAP) to produce meaningful reportsCovering absences within the team by having the necessary cross skills to do so.Working effectively with the related teams and key business stakeholders to ensure a seamless working of the HR ProcessesWhat Youll BringEssential Skills:
