Job Description

Invoicing AdministratorContact Type: Fixed Term (12 Months)Location: Ansty, CoventrySalary: £21,287 - £25,043At Cadent were excited to be part of the future of UK energy! Together were shaping/creating a cleaner, greener future for our 11 million customers who we put at the heart of everything we do.About The RoleAs our Invoicing Administrator, youll administer supplier invoicing processes, in respect of; reconciling invoices, paying failed items, stock invoices, overdue invoices, and other additional ad-hoc tasks that are requested by management. Dealing with invoiceand payment queries to provide resolution to internal and external parties and to escalate complex enquiries where required. Alongside you`ll support achieving high volume invoicing transactions in order to achieve set targets/KPIs and deadlines.Key Accountabilities

  • Administering the EDM Investigation bucket to ensure all invoices investigated are resolved in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Receiving, processing, collating and providing routine systemised information to/from customers and internal parties.
  • Administering the relevant invoice processes through a third-party supplier EDM and Online Submissions through Ariba.
  • Operating office systems and equipment, process documents, and maintain accurate departmental information that is kept private and confidential at all times.
  • Administering the day-to-day invoicing processes to ensure suppliers are being paid on time and completion of supplier statement reconciliation.
  • Assisting in ensuring compliance with Cadent policies and controls associated with supplier invoices.
  • Interacting with Invoicing Administrators, to support end-to-end processes & queries and ensure cross-training opportunities.
  • Assisting with the identification of end-to-end process improvements to drive efficient ways of working. Also, in achieving key targets & control measurements that drive performances and improve process inefficiencies.
