The RoleThe Internal Communications and Engagement Partner role will be responsible for developing, creating and co-ordinating integrated internal communications, activities and events across the MTC to support the delivery of the organisations engagement strategy.The post-holder will be motivated, highly organised and methodical in their approach and have the ability to work autonomously and within teams. The post-holder will have strong communication skills in order to share and deliver internal information andcontent to all parts of the organisation.Duties and responsibilities include:Write and edit copy for MTCs key e-communications channels, ensuring messaging is effective and engaging.Plan, deliver and develop a range of internal events (Executive team events, long service lunches and dinners, Birthday Breakfasts etc).Co-ordinate internal communication channels and platforms ranging from notice boards to e-communications platforms.Create analytics reports to enable evaluation of channels, engagement and the effectiveness of communications and activities and, through this, advise the team on developments and improvements.The PersonThe successful candidate for the role of Internal Communications and Engagement Partner will have/be:Educated to Degree level standard and have a proven track record in devising and delivering internal communications and co-ordinating day-to-day communications in a large multi-site organisation.Highly IT literate including Microsoft 365, Poppulo. GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above.Excellent all-round communication skills (specifically copywriting, proofreading, grammar checking and designing and delivering presentations).Minimum of five years experience in a similar role.Strong customer and quality focus, the post holder should be confidential, discreet and diplomatic in dealing with all stakeholders and information data.Equality, diversity, and inclusion are integral to everything that we do.
