Exemplia Group have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team.Location: Altrincham, ManchesterSalary: £28k - £32k + commission, healthcare, pension, Christmas shutdown (£50k OTE)Contract: Part-time and full time working considered, flexible hours, hybrid workingTalent Acquisition SpecialistThe Role:Exemplia Group are looking for their next recruitment professional to manage a surplus of exclusive vacancies from a variety of different clients.This role would suit someone working in-house who wants to benefit from a commission scheme without the pressure of new business. It would also suit a 360 recruiter who just wants to focus on the delivery and client management side. We are looking for someoneto manage the client relationship and find high calibre candidates.Exemplia Group work across all industry sectors and job functions so you will be working on a variety of different opportunities managing multiple clients and multiple roles simultaneously, all with competing deadlines so you must have high level organisationskills.Talent Acquisition SpecialistKey Responsibilities:- Managing candidates and clients through the recruitment process- Proactively updating clients on the progress of their retained projects- Sourcing high-level candidates for a variety of roles- Producing reports for clients and creating candidate information sourcesTalent Acquisition SpecialistYou:- This role would suit someone with a background in recruitment either in-house or working for an agency- You must be a confident communicator with a willingness to solve clients recruitment problemsTalent Acquisition SpecialistBenefits:We are a small and friendly organisation with an excellent commission scheme and employee benefits programme.Our strong team structure is backed up by quarterly team incentives where we have travelled to Amsterdam, Barcelona, Portugal, Chamonix, and Edinburgh amongst other places in pre-covid times and we hope to kick that off again soon.
