Job Description

Private Client SolicitorCheshireMy client, a leading Legal 500 law firm, has a fantastic opportunity to join a busy private client team based in Cheshire. The successful candidate will deal with a wide variety of legal advice to a variety of clients including Wills, Probate, Trusts and Courtof Protection workThis role will suit an experienced Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive,who has recently qualified, or, is due to qualify in the coming months,to join this busy department. An enthusiasm and aptitude for business development is vital.Main Duties:

  • Preparation of tax-efficient wills
  • Inheritance tax mitigation and asset protection advice
  • Utilization of lifetime trusts, particularly with Family Investment Companies
  • Estate administration, often involving taxable estates or complex factors
  • Trust administration
  • Preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Applications to the Court of Protection
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical and communication skills, a solution-focused approach, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:
  • Excellent knowledge of wills, trusts, and probate.
  • Experience in providing high-quality advice to high net worth individuals.
  • Trained at a national or leading regional firm preferred.
  • Ability to maintain strong client relationships and promote firm services.
  • Proven track record in obtaining referrals from contacts and referrers.
