Search Consultancy are looking to recruit and an experienced Plumbing/Heating Engineer for a Property maintenance company based around South Manchester/Cheshire.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Plumbing and Heating Systems Maintenance2. Installation: Install and commission plumbing and heating systems, adhering to technical specifications and industry standards3. Troubleshooting4. Heating Systems Maintenance: Additional responsibility includes performing maintenance and repair tasks specifically on heating systems, ensuring their optimal functionality5. Work closely with construction professionals to coordinate plumbing and heating activities, ensuring seamless project execution6. Safety Compliance7.Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each projectSuccessful candidates must have the following:1. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Plumbing and Heating Engineer, with a successful track record2. Possession of relevant plumbing and heating engineering certifications and licenses including CSCS/JIB card and Gas Safe Qualification3. Proficient in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Familiarity with modern plumbing and heating tools and equipment4. Ability to analyse and solve plumbing and heating-related issues efficiently.5.
